JD calls Multiculturalism “Insidious”

Sunday, January 29th, 2006

JD’s hatrid for hispanic immigrants in Arizona has reached a new high.  He has singled out hispanics in his latest post to the Arizona Republic’s Viewpoint edition.  He calls multiculturalism "indiduous", he blames the economic divide on immigration.

He also plays the fear card by bringing up the rioters in Paris and comparing them to the hispanic population in Arizona.  JD states that the President of Mexico (whom JD has ever so eloquently told to "shut-up" in the past) is promoting policy that may start such a riot today.

It is unblievable that the people of Arizona continue to elect this idiot year after year.  JD Hayworth is a totalitarian bigot whose plan is to cleave this great country in two in order to force his dogmatic, blonde-hairded, blue-eyed, rules on the United States.

Hayworth one of the “Fab Five” to be target of Abramoff probe

Wednesday, January 11th, 2006

JD Hayworth is one of five "first tier" lawmakers (3 Republican and 2 Democrat) to be targeted by the Justice Department investigation into influence-peddling on Capitol Hill, say sources close to the probe that has netted guilty pleas from lobbyist Jack Abramoff, reports the Washington Times today.

In an effort to reduce his 30-year prison sentence to 91/2 years, Abramoff has fingered the "Fab Five" has agreed with prosecutors to cooperate fully.  Accroding to the Times, prosecutors have seized his computer hard drive and are reviewing 500,000 e-mails.

In an attempt to minimize his designation as one of the "Fab Five", JD nonchalantly accused the Justice Department of dereliction "if it did not examine everyone who ever accepted a contribution from Abramoff or any of his tribal clients, so I’m not surprised." However, JD was not exping to be on the front row this time.

Haywoth added he had performed many official acts benefiting Indian tribes, but had never performed any act specifically for an Abramoff client. He said Abramoff’s tribal clients had contributed to both his campaign and his political action committee, "which is not surprising since as chairman of the Native American Caucus, I have been in the forefront of issues affecting Indian Country and receive contributions from tribes across America."

He said he did not expect "this preliminary round of the inquiry to produce anything that would make any further examination necessary." Run, rabbit, run.

After standing in denial for month while the Demcrates challenged JD to return his dirty money,  Haywoth has finally said he will return the cash received from Indian tribes, including money from those affiliated with Abramoff — which he will return. He told reporters in Arizona that the donations he received were being used to unfairly link him with Abramoff, adding that he did nothing wrong in accepting the $2,250 in 1998 and 1999 from three tribes once represented by Abramoff.

I’m sure he was thinking about this while he was sitting in his illegal skybox given to him by Abramoff last year.

All in the Family: JD’s Wife Taking Money from Abramoff

Wednesday, January 11th, 2006

KPHO-TV CBS 5 Investigation revealed tonight that U.S. Rep J.D. Hayworth’s T.E.A.M. Political Action Committee used Jack Abramoff-related contributions to make payments to the Congressman’s wife, Mary Hayworth.

According to the report, since T.E.A.M. PAC’s creation in 1998, it has received more than $83,000 in Abramoff-related contributions. Since 1999, according to KPHO, T.E.A.M. PAC has made regular salary payments to Mary Hayworth, the PAC’s only employee. Through 2005, payments to Mary Hayworth exceeded $130,000, according to the report.

KPHO’s report cited The Arizona Republic, the Center for Responsive Politics, and the Federal Elections Commission as sources.

Rep. Hayworth registered the following reaction to KPHO’s report, which was also broadcast on KPHO: “This implication that everything that is documented and a part of public record, and by the way perfectly legal, is somehow nefarious or subject to innuendo masquerading as investigative reporting.”

When it comes to uncovering the truth about who is corrupt in this Congress, all we can say is, "Whatever it Takes".

Tribes Want Money Back

Tuesday, January 10th, 2006

The pressure of late for JD Hayworth to return dirty money he receive from indighted Abramhoff, is comming to a head as the Tribes state they want their money returned.

For months the JD Hayworth camp has been insisting they have letters stating the tribes do not want their money back, but todaythe Tigua tribe of El Paso wants campaign contributions it gave while employing disgraced lobbyist Jack Abramoff returned to the tribe, not given to charity.

Spokesman for the Tiuga tribe told the AP today, "It’s up to them and their conscience. They’ve got to live with it."

JD cronies, Larry VanHoose and Joe Eule, have been touting they have letters from tribes saying they did not want contributions returned. The Tigua did not send such a letter to Hayworth, who has received $2,000 from the tribe.

Abramoff pleaded guilty this week to federal charges in a bribery investigation that is now focusing on members of Congress and their aides. Since his plea deal, lawmakers have been ridding themselves of donations from Abramoff, his clients, former employers and associates.

JD Hayworth still has not returned any money.  He is digging in his heels and continues to represent the NeoCon mentality that being wrong is never acceptable….no matter how wrong you are.
